Λοιπον παιδια νεοτερα σχετικα με το προβλημα μου με τον ΛΑΒΑ απο libertyflights......Τους εστειλα πισω τον χαλασμενο οπως μου ζητησανε και εκανα και την διαδικασια για αντικατασταση επισης οπως μου ειπανε ομως υπαρχει ενα λεπτο σημειο οτι δεν υπαρχει διαθεσιμο ασημι χρωμα ΛΑΒΑ οπως ειναι αυτο που τους επεστρεψα και το θα καταλαβετε τι εννοω παρακατω.....σε αρκετα μαιλ που τους εστειλα λεγοντας τους οτι ναι κανω την διαδικασια που ειπατε αλλα λεγοντας στους σε σημειωση οτι θελω να ειναι ο ασημενιος και δεν με πειραζει να περιμενω μου απαντανε αυτο:

There are no silver ones available, you fill out an order for the black one, I close it. You then say can I wait for the silver one. By rights, I could have had the black one shipped before you even asked that as I checked that out very early this morning. I put the order in pending figuring you might do this. What I will do is credit you for the lavatube, you can then run through an order when the line is back in stock. I can't change black one for a silver one, it is in the system as black. I can do the credit route though. Please stand by.

So you did not send the black one right? Because I saw today the order confirmation through an e-mail and I thought that you will send the black one!!! And now as you say about the rights you are wrong about this because first I send you many mails and yes I but the black one but I made a reference too telling you about replacement and about the color I want……secondly this is a replacement and not a NEW order so you have to ask me first before you send if I want the black one or if I want to wait……!!!! Because my first one was silver so you have to ask the customer before you do anything so don’t tell me about rights and about that you can send the black when you see black in Basket this is a REPLACEMENT so you REPLACE the silver with silver. I saw that you don’t have black but I thought that I have to make the procedure that you ask me even if you have only black that’s why I made it like this!!!!
Well the point is that I want you to replace my device with the same color as it was my first one…..’’silver’’ so notify me when you have it in stock and don’t make me to do this procedure again when is back in stock the silver one…….simple things!!!! Don’t make me to make complaints is ECF and other e-cig forums that im a member!!!!! I hope finally not to make me be disappoint for second time!!!!!

The order did not ship, it just got checked out because you sent the order basket. To be clear, I have not shipped you a black lavatube. How can I replace the black one for a silver one? You never know, we might never get a silver one in stock again. It's unusual that someone would fill a warranty item out for something they don't want. If I had a silver one in stock for you, I would gladly give it to you.
I too can post on ECF forums. I have had these threats in the past, I will happily post this email on that forum and other forums. I have seen many vendor threads on forums. The product broke, we accept that. You are shipping the product back to us and we have accepted that we will replace it.

This is not a threat this is if a customer is satisfied or not…….and a replacemend is to replace something with something that is exactly the same!!! Now you telling me that maybe you do not have silver one again and im asking you how you can make the REPLACEMENT??? If I was you I would do anything to find the same product to replace it for my customer because the one that I sold to him was with problem and if you want to post this mail to ECF please do it and if you do not send me exactly the same product I will write in ECF about this and about what a REPLACEMENT mean’s!!!!!

Και θα μου πειτε σιγα μωρε τι μαυρος τι ασημι ναι οκ αλλα το θεμα ειναι το γαμοτο μη σου λενε για το τι παει να πει REPLACEMENT.....και ποιος ο σωστος τροπος να γινει.....!!!!
