Hi,I ordered 10 nickel atomaizers with my last order and I just tried the first one.This is disappointed,because it has not any throat hit as the black ones had. This part says SLB 1003,but the black one was not write something at the metal body. I have not use the other 9 atomaizers,so I want to take them back and change it with the black one.The black matt part is much better and it seems that it is not made at SLB factory. It is exactly the same build,but it has much better feeling. Tell me what must I do to send them back to you.

We test each atomizer before shipping to make sure our customers can receive good products, but our test can not cover all problems, sorry. We will try hard to make it right and let you satisfied with us. Thanks.
According to your description, we guess the black one you mentioned is RN4075 atomizer that you purchased before, RN4075 atomizer is compatible with DSE901 battery. To tell them, you can simply remove the mouthpiece to check the mesh coil inside, if it has clean and pointed "bridge", it is DSE901 atomizer, if it is lower with plastic ring below, it is RN4075, could you have a check?
For your problem, the manufacturer said that the atomizer needs to be broken in, sometimes it takes 1-2 days of use before an atomizer really starts working well. Also, you may try not to use cartridges, just drip e-juice onto the atomizer directly to test the throat hit. Could you have a try and let us know the result? Also, could you try another DSE901 atomizer to see whether it has the same problem?
If it doesn't work, it is possible for us to replace in your way, we will instruct you later when we make everything clear. Do you think it is ok?

I know the differences between the RN4075 and the DSE901 atomaizers,as have using both of them and a lot of other staff. I belong to a forum for e-cig and we have do a lot of testings about the e-cig products,so I can say for sure that this part of atomaizers is not the same as the part that u send me last time. The good one that I describe you,it is 901 but at the bottom at the positive contact that it touch the battery,it doesnt has any numbers (for example SLB 1003). I have attach some pictures,to show you the difference between the 2 atomaizers. I will give them a try again with dripping too,but if I finally decided to send them back to you,I want you to send me the same atoms as the black one,that it has not numbers at the bottom.HG:

We order all DSE901 atomizer and batteries from the same factory, SLB. They label all atomizers and batteries as "SLB" in the connector part. But they may miss one or two as you received. We checked our stock, this is not a common problem. We think, it should not be the cause for no throat hit problem. Sorry.
We appreciate your time taken to drip and let it break in, please also try another atomizers to see whether they all perform as well. If it doesn't work, you can send them back, we will refund you USD54 for the 10pcs Stainless atomizer for DSE901 mini e-cigarette. Do you think it is ok?
