DNA 75 / DNA 200 & Escribe -Ρυθμίσεις

Σιγά-σιγά μου φεύγει η στεναχώρια  αλλά δυστυχώς στο mail που έστειλα τους ανέφερα οτι είχα μία ατυχία με νερά οπότε μπορεί να μην αλλάξουν και τίποτα εφόσον είναι δικιά μου η ζημιά... ίδωμεν.

Είναι αδιάβροχη η πλακέτα σχεδόν ολόκληρη εκτός από μερικές υποδοχές.

εννοω αν θα δεχτει η εταιρια αντικατασταση μετα απο μπανιο.

Και με μεγάλη χαρά μάλιστα.
Τα περισσότερα που της στέλνουν είναι μέστη μαυρίλα και βρωμάν καμένο πυρίτιο.

Η EVOLV είναι επαγγελματικά άψογη.
Αντιμετώπισα και εγώ ένα πρόβλημα με την πλακέτα DNA 75, το οποίο οφειλόταν στην
κατασκευαστική του mod (SMY).

Χωρίς δεύτερη κουβέντα, μου έστειλε νέα πλακέτα!

Ακόμα δεν μου έχουν απαντήσει στο ticket πάντως. Βέβαια τέτοιες μέρες....

Το κακό είναι οτι θα βγάλω γιορτές με το istick 30+φορτιστή αγκαλιά

σε αυτες τις περιπτωσεις χρειαζεται εξτρα υπομονη.
γιατι δε ριχνεις μια ματια στις εδω αγγελιες. υπαρχουν αξιοτιμα μηχανακια σε καλες τιμες. για να μην τραβιεσαι με το istick κ τους φορτιστες παραμασχαλα.

Μόλις έλαβα mail από EVOLV, ακριβώς όπως τα είπατε

Hi Antonis,
We have issued you an RMA Authorization. Please check either your email or the top of this ticket for the RMA Form link.

Once you fill the form out please print this form, include it in your package, and ship it to the address on the form. The return address is displayed on this printed form. You will pay the cost of shipping to us, and Evolv will pay the cost of return shipping. The only shipping Evolv covers the cost of is USPS Standard Shipping.

Board Returns:

Include only the DNA board, please remove any and all wires and connectors other than the white JST plug that you wish to keep as we cannot guarantee they will be returned.

Please retain your screens as they are not covered under the warranty.

Please try to wipe your solder pads clean with your soldering iron to remove excess solder and make the pads flat to make it easier to test the boards. This will result in a quicker turn around time for your RMA.

Device Repairs:

Please send ONLY your device! Do not send your original packaging, we need only your device bubble wrapped or protected with other acceptable packaging materials in a box or enveloped

If your device uses a LiPo pack it is okay to send your device with it installed in the device. If your device uses replaceable batteries please do not include those as we have test batteries on hand.

Please be aware just as a general disclaimer that we will RMA the board if needed, but the LiPo batteries are not covered. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we have no involvement in the manufacture of specific devices, only the boards, and do not stock any manufacturer specific components. If a new battery is needed we will include a note stating so and use a test battery we have available here to verify your device has been repaired. Unfortunately we do not sell batteries for specific devices and you will need to source one.

Upon receipt we will process your RMA and it and send it back out as soon as we are able. Standard turn around time is generally 2-5 business days depending on our current RMA volume. Once your RMA request is processed and shipped back out you will receive an email with tracking information.

It is highly suggested you send your return via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx and retain your tracking number. If for any reason we cannot locate your return and do not have a tracking number we will be unable to provide assistance. Other carriers are acceptable if you are confident the package will arrive however if they do not provide accurate tracking info showing the package status in the event of a missing package we will not be able to further assist with locating the package.
By utilizing our RMA process you acknowledge that Evolv, Inc is not liable for any lost packages or damages that may occur as a result of any repairs.

[member=10440]microchip[/member] τελικά είχες δίκιο για τα κουμπιά οτι είναι της Omron.

Το VT75 όμως έχει μία πλακέτα, πάνω απο αυτήν της EVOLV (μάλλον της HCIGAR) η οποία έχει διαφορετικά button σε άλλη διάταξη και σίγουρα πιο σκληρά.

Στην δεύτερη φώτο φαίνεται η πλακέτα της EVOLV που είναι από κάτω

Αν θέλουμε να αλλάξουμε προφίλ χωρίς τον υπολογιστή.
Δηλ έχω έναν ατμοποιητή που τον δουλεύω με έλεγχο θερμοκρασίας και μετά τον αλλάζω και βάζω έναν ατμοποιητή με κανθαλάκι πως μπορώ να το αλλάξω το προφίλ από το μοντ?
